If your gel polish, bio gel, or acrylic chips, lifts, or peels within 7 days of your appointment under normal wear, we'll fix it free of charge.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late we may shorten, reschedule, or cancel your service so the next guest isn't delayed.
We accept walk-ins when our schedule allows, but booking ahead is the only way to guarantee your time slot — especially for spa, premium, and extension services.

Hair should be long enough for the wax to grip. Please let us know in advance if you're using retinol, acne medication, exfoliating products, or have sensitive skin, sunburn, or recent cosmetic treatments.
